| Job Duties: | Responsible for actively building and retaining customer relations and acts as a mentor to employees in order to provide superior customer service level. Hires, trains, motivates, evaluates, and manages staff in order to ensure that employees receive adequate guidance and resources to accomplish established objectives. Establishes and monitors department standards, guidelines, and objectives, and maintains other administrative processes such as budget and staffing to ensure proper planning and efficient operation of the Poker Room. Extends complimentary services to support (extended play) players and resolves guest complaints or problems to ensure courteous and friendly service to all Poker customers. Develops marketing incentive and other innovative promotions, in order to attract players and build customer. Researches and develops innovative game variations in order to maintain competitiveness with our market as well as stay current with poker trends. |
