| Job Duties: | Marketing guest rooms in the target markets, through travel agencies, FIT, incentive groups, etc. Establishment of marketing strategies for the target markets and submitting periodic progress reports. Managing business partners in the target markets and identifying new partners. Reporting marketing results for the target markets. Assessing and reporting sales, occupancy and other related details of other company in the industry. Managing sales performance and establishing marketing strategies of the Korea office (in cooperation with the Korea office). Acting as the liaison between the Korea office and the main office in Saipan. Designating guests into the CRM program. Implementing CRM based marketing strategies for guests from the target markets. Receiving, resolving and analyzing complaints from guests and preparing regular reports. Drafting and reviewing contracts with business partners from the target markets and routing such contracts for approval and signature. Promotion and marketing Wave Jungle in Saipan (in cooperation with the Water Park Team). Regular analysis and reporting of promotional materials (web, pamphlets, etc.) issued by tour agencies in the target markets. Managing credit sales accounts and collection, manage companies webpage in languages localized for the target markets. Review of pricing, promotion and marketing policies and developing/reporting plans for new or revised policies (in cooperation with the Finance & Planning Team). Measuring and reporting total revenue and profit margin for target markets. Reporting promotion and revenue for the target markets on a periodic basis (assisted by the Finance & Planning Team). Any other duties that may be assigned by the Department Director and/or the General Manager. |
