| Job Duties: | To provide quality care to infant, toddler, preschool and school age children in a safe and nurturing environment. To create and implement age appropriate lesson plans. To support chidlren's emotional and social development and encouraging understanding of others and positive self concept. To communicate with parents or guardians about daily activites, behaviors and other related issues. To keep and maintain records of each child including observations and information about health, activities and meals served and medication administered. To identify signs of emotional, social, physical, cognitive and other developmental problems in children and to bring it to parents or guardians attention. To perform general admnistration tasks such as taking daily attendance, paperworks and making phone calls. Attend to childrens basic needs such as feeding them, dressing them, diaper change and toileting needs. To teach children basic personal hygiene and basic self hel skills. To perform basic housekeeping duties. |
