| Job Duties: | 1.) Will supervise the maintenance staffs in the repairs, renovations and maintenance of the grounds and physical structures of the School and other facilities and make sure the building complies with all laws. 2.) In charge in the estimating, negotiating and procuring of materials with the outside vendors. 3.) Will lead a surveying team in a pre-construction surveys or inspections and will check all kinds of survey plans and other construction work. 4.) He must work closely and report directly to the General Manager for any accomplishments and issues that may come up. 5.) Will perform variety of work in the construction and maintenance of buildings and other structures. And do other duties that may be assigned. |

| Qualification Requirements: | 1.) Preferably a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineer degree or related background. 2.) Must be knowledgeable in construction methodologies and other technical aspects of construction. 3.) Must have the ability to head a surveying team in a pre-construction surveys or inspections. 4.) Must have the knowledge to check and review all kinds of survey plans and other construction works. 5.) With at least 1-2 or more years work experience in performing variety of work in the construction and maintenance of buildings and other structures. 6.) Must have a good writing and speaking skills. 7.) Must be able to drive and have a valid CNMI driver’s license |
