Job Duties: 1. Keeps cases organized by establishing and organizing files; monitoring calendars; meeting deadlines; documenting actions; inputting information into file database and case management software; confirming case status with attorney. 2. Keeps clients informed by maintaining contact; communicating case progress. 3. Maintains case costs by verifying outstanding balances with attorney, clients, and providers. 4. Computes for account balances to include principal, interest, and other costs for required period. 5. Receives and accounts for funds plus update various computer journals and computer ledgers. 6. Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; reading professional publications. 7. Accomplishes organization goals by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments. 8. Engages in translation and interpretation work for Korean clients [English to Korean/Korean to English]

Qualification Requirements: 1. The successful applicant must be organized, pay attention to detail, have research and reporting skills, trustworthy, dependable, maintain case file and client confidentiality 2. Must comply with Law Office debt collection policies and ethics 3. Must have minimum of 5 year experience demonstrating proficiency in being organized, meeting deadlines, prepare reports or assist in preparing reports, compliance with employer policies and procedures, advance bookkeeping skills, analytical skills, computer skills and drafting various correspondence 4. Must be able to coordinate with law clerks, organize attorney’s court schedule and advise respective attorney accordingly 5. Must prepare various court orders as directed 6. Must be able to work with computer software to e-file court orders 7. Must prepare Settlement Agreements as directed 8. Must compute for account balances to include principal, interest, and other costs for required periods 9. Must receive and account for funds plus update various computer journals and computer ledgers 10. Must be able to open, organize and maintain case files 11. Must be proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Email Communications 12. Must have interpersonal skills, be able to work in teams, and to work under pressure in a fast-paced working environment 13. Must be bilingual: English and Korean (speaking and writing is a must and is required to perform interpretation and translation for attorneys, clients, and debtors) 14. Must have a high school diploma
