| Job Title: | Load Planning Specialist |
| Job Duties: | * Takes full responsibility for all traffic activities; * Computes amounts of fuel needed according to type of aircraft, distance of flight, weather conditions and fuel regulations prescribed by the airline and FAA; * Prepares flight plan containing information such as maximum allowable gross take-off weight and landing weights, weather and landing field conditions; * Ensures that aircraft load is distributed and secured in accordance with aircraft weight and balance requirements, ensuring that the aircraft's operational or structural limitations are not exceeded; * Disseminates information from/to the crew for the acceptance of load, build-up and load planning, weight and balance loading; * Briefs the crew with the flight plan, NotAms and weather; * Performs other duties and responsibilities as may be required. |
