Job Title: Food & Beverage Supervisor
Job Duties: • Directly supervise and coordinate activities of workers engaged in serving food and daily cash counts, and remittance. • Assist F&B Manager in preparing staff schedule. • Supervise workers in service, sanitation, and safety procedures. • Compile and balance cash receipts at the end of the day shift. • Supervise dining area cleaning activities. • Resolve customer complaints regarding food service. • Prepare requisition supplies and equipment needs to ensure quality and timely delivery of service. • Control inventories of food equipment, liquor and report shortages to designated personnel. • Prepare requisition supplies and equipment needs to ensure quality and timely delivery of service. • Follow procedures for food and beverage controls at all times. • Observe and evaluate workers and work procedures to ensure quality standards, service and complete disciplinary write-ups with the concurrence of the F&B Manager. • Consistently delivering excellent customer service with an informed, friendly and effective approach. • Performs other task as determined and assigned by F&B Manager.
High School Diploma Required? Undetermined
Qualification Requirements: At least need anywhere from a few days to a few months of training in the related field. Must possess passion for quality and service excellence. Knowledgeable in principles, processes for providing customer and personal services, including customer needs assessment, meeting quality standards for services, evaluation of customer satisfaction. Full understanding of licensing responsibilities and environmental health standards. Excellent interpersonal skills with a positive attitude, professional, neat and well groomed at all times. Highly qualified in supervising restaurant point of sale, and must have the knowledge in supervising wait staff and peers. Willing to work in flexible shifts, days, evenings, weekend and holidays. Be able to stand for prolonged period of time. Acquired hospitality related program and speaking additional language is an asset. Food Handler Certified.
