| Job Duties: | • Controls the pace of play on golf course. • Directing players to the first tee at appropriate time. • Provide information regarding course, play time and other golf related issue. • Verify receipts for all the players before they depart to course, practice tee or range. • Maintain clean orderly appearance of starter’s area/booth and Garden Lounge at all times. • Request playing groups to speed up pace to allow other to play through, if appropriate. • Inform golfers of rules and regulations pertaining to the golf course, enforces rules if necessary. • Removes golfers from the course for flagrant violations of course rules, golf etiquette or safety. • Checks daily play dockets, provides direction and assistance to golfers and ensures the smooth flow of play on the course. • Provides timely updates and communications regarding pace of play, status of tee times, course conditions and other pertinent information to the Golf Pro Shop. • Maintains orderly tournament permit files. • Completes accident and incident reports, handles emergency situations and submits documentation to the course supervisor when necessary. • Maintains accurate tee time, customer records and pace of play records using a printed tee sheet program. • Prepare golf cart with score card, pencils and coolers. • Drive around the course to monitor safety and procedures or arrange for the removal of the unruly patrons. • Operate machines such as water bluster to clean the golf carts and surface around the proshop area. • Responsible in maintaining the cleanliness and organized inside and outside golf cart tent. • Operate and drive equipment such as ice machine, air pressure or the golfer’s shoes and golf carts. • Occasionally pick up and drop off guest when needed. • Maintain cleanliness of the company pick up and drop off vehicles. • Performs other related duties as assigned or requested. |

| Qualification Requirements: | High School Diploma or equivalent. At least few months of related work experienced. Knowledge of principle and processes for providing excellent personal and guest service skills. Excellent interpersonal skills with a positive attitude, professional, neat and well groomed at all times. Be able to speak other language but not required. Must be able to work under the sun. Be able to stand for prolonged period of time and capable of lifting at least 50lbs. Must be able to acquire driver’s license. Knowledge in the rules of golf game, and computing golf score cards preferred but not required. Willing to work in flexible shifts, days, evenings, weekend and holidays. |
