| Job Duties: | Monitor daily water and electrical meter readings. Use tools ranging from common hand and power tools, such as hammers, hoists, saws, drills, and wrenches, to precision measuring instruments and electrical and electronic testing devices. Perform routine preventive maintenance to ensure that machines continue to run smoothly, building systems operate efficiently, or the physical condition of buildings does not deteriorate. Inspect, operate, or test machinery or equipment to diagnose machine malfunctions. Diagnose mechanical problems and determine how to correct them, checking blueprints, repair manuals, or parts catalogs, as necessary. Assemble, install, or repair wiring, electrical or electronic components, pipe systems, plumbing, machinery, or equipment. Inspect drives, motors, and belts, check fluid levels, replace filters, or perform other maintenance actions, following checklists. Clean or lubricate shafts, bearings, gears, or other parts of machinery. Adjust functional parts of devices or control instruments, using hand tools, levels, plumb bobs, or straightedges. Record type and cost of maintenance or repair work. Troubleshooting, repair and adjustments on doors, cabinets, electrical panel for main electrical distribution, deepwell, irrigation amperage, water treatment, and lift station. Check water heater thermostat. Check and replace irrigation pump packing. Change oil main generator engine. Prepare written materials (e.g repair status, activity logs, etc) for the purpose of documenting activities and/ or conveying information. Responds to emergency situations during and after hours for the purpose of resolving immediate safety concerns. • Performs other task as determined and assigned by manager. |

| Qualification Requirements: | High School Diploma or equivalent.One or more years of work related experienced. Engineering Degree or related courses is an asset but not required. Knowledge in keeping machines, mechanical equipment or other structure of an establishment in repair. Experiences involving generators, water pumps, irrigation, deepwell, pipe fitting, insulating, repairing electrical or mechanical equipment, building repair that would include carpentry, plumbing, masonry and painting task. Must be able to work under the sun, can stand for prolonged period of time and physically can lift at least 50lbs. Willing to work in flexible shifts, days, evenings, weekend and holidays. |
