| Job Duties: | Must be able to handle hazardous materials safely and tolerate exposure to hazards. Dispose of bio-hazard materials in accordance with Federal and Local laws. Assist in the installation of the Reverser Osmos and hemodialysis machines. Install solar panel. Able to perform physical activities, such as, but not limited to, lifting equipment (up to 100 lbs., unassisted), bending, standing, climbing or walking. Performs rough and finish carpentry work and construction work, including building and paneling walls and partitions, designing and installing counter tops, constructing cabinets and bookcases, as well as repairing furniture, installing suspend ceilings, hanging and finishing drywall, repairing door frames, and hanging doors. Performs all other functions and similar duties as assigned. |

| Qualification Requirements: | Must performs a variety of preventive maintenance and repair tasks on the facilities equipment, including some of the more complex repair tasks. Performs preventive maintenance and makes routine repairs to electrical, plumbing, security systems and must have knowledge in solar panel maintenance and construction with solectria inverter experience. Maintains and repairs various equipment. High school graduate or equivalent. Prefer skills training in electrical, plumbing and other building trades areas. Extensive work experience with hemodialysis/maintenance/ plumbing & construction is required. Must be flexible with time schedule. Must have a valid driver's license. |
