| Job Duties: | The S.E.A. Training and Events Manager is responsible for training all new and current S.E.A. staff members and the planning, coordination and execution of S.E.A. hotel and community events. This job requires a wide range of skills and knowledge in instruction, training, event planning and hotel operations. |

| Qualification Requirements: | Requires two years of experience in recreation management at a hotel/resort. Two years of previous training/teaching experience is required. Current lifeguard certification is required along with a minimum of two years previous life guard experience. Ability to comprehend, speak, read and write the Korean language is required. Must have prior experience in the planning, coordination and execution of sporting and fundraising events. Strong communication, interpersonal and customer service skills are essential. Requires the ability to work under pressure and time constraints. Must be able to work under a flexible schedule including early morning hours, nights, weekends and holidays.
