| Job Duties: | Assists in the managing of membership program and interacting with members. Provides customer assistance by responding to inquiries and complaints. Observes and enforces all rules and regulations of the facility. Cleans and maintains the facilities. Answer customer inquiries or explain cost, availability, policies, information about gym equipment and procedures of facilities. Check supplies to ensure adequate availability, and order new supplies when necessary. Refer guest problems or complaints to supervisors. Monitor patron's facility use to ensure that rules and regulations are followed, and safety and order are maintained. Perform other related duties as assigned. |
