| Qualification Requirements: | This position monitors the daily operations of each restaurant function to ensure a positive guest experience and will profitably manage the overall operations of the restaurants. Will maintain all service aspects of food and beverage functions in accordance with the policies of the hotel. Employees in these occupations usually need one or two years of training involving both on-the-job experience and informal training with experienced workers. A recognized apprenticeship program may be associated with these occupations. restaurant and/or hotel food and beverage experience required. Minimum two (2) years previous F&B Leadership experience required. Previous experience in a first-class, medium to large resort preferred. Excellent written and oral communication skills are necessary. Considerable expert knowledge of banquet set-ups, policies and procedures. Must be able to successfully coordinate staff and resources in high volume, time sensitive environment. Must have experience in budgeting and managing banquet operations. Position requires work during evening, weekends and holidays. |
