| Job Duties: | Repairs and maintains physical structures of commercial and industrial establishments, such as office buildings, warehouse and store areas, office equipment and fixtures, using hand tools and power tools. Replace defective electrical switches and other fixtures. Monitors and maintains in-house generator, and refrigeration units. Trouble shoots and conducts minor repairs of company vehicles/delivery vans. Paints structures and repairs woodworks with carpenter’s tools. Repairs plumbing fixtures, repairs blusters and lays bricks. Perform other duties as may be required from time to time by the employer. |

| Qualification Requirements: | High school graduate or equivalent with at least 2 years experience. Must have extensive knowledge and experience in electrical, refrigeration, carpenter work, monitoring and service of in-house generator and general repairs of buildings. Must have obtained certifications/training for 16-Hour Transportation of Hazardous Materials, 8-hour Hazardous Waste Operations & Emergency Response, Technician Type I, II as required by 40 CFR 82 Subpart. Valid driver’s license is required. |
