| Job Duties: | Administers various human resource plans and procedures for all company personnel. Assists in developing and implementing of personnel policies and procedures. Assist in preparing and maintaining employee handbook and policies and procedures manual. Administers compensation program, monitors performance evaluation program, verifies job description, and revises as necessary. Conduct orientation to new employees. Conduct recruitment effort for all exempt and nonexempt personnel, students, temporary employee, outsourcing, conducts new employee orientations, monitor career pathing program, writes and places advertisements. Assist in handling employee relations counseling, and exit interviewing. Participates in a administrative staff meeting and attends other meetings and seminars. Maintain company organization charts and employee directory. Recommends new approaches, policies and procedures. Maintain human resource information system records. Assure compliance with the federal and state regulations concerning employment. Manage and ensure effective labor relation, create an ethical, non discriminatory and safe work environment. Maintain an effective communication line, identify and solve employee problems, manage conflicts and respond to grievances. Responsible in administering applicant background check. Receive and initiate process for resignation, termination, etc. Upon request represent organization at personnel-related hearings and investigations. Prepare and process foreign workers work permit such as CW-1, H1, J1 and other applicable visas. Prepare staff schedule and payroll timesheets. Perform other related duties. |

| Qualification Requirements: | Associate Degree in Business Administration major in Human Resources or equivalent. One to Two years work experienced in Human Resources. Ability to maintain highly confidential nature of human resources work and posses highest degree of integrity and trustworthiness. Knowledge of the EEO, FLSA, FMLA, and other applicable regulations. Knowledge of principles and procedures for personnel recruitment, selection, training, compensation and benefits, labor relations and negotiations and personnel information system. Knowledgeable in processing various working permit or visa. Professional in Human Resources Certification preferred but not required. Computer literate, has analytical and critical thinking skills and the ability to influence others and manage change. Willing to work in extreme weather conditions and flexible to work on shifts, weekends and holidays. Excellent customer service and human relations skills. |
