| Job Duties: | Responsibilities include, but not limited to, the following: - Handle financial operations including rent collection, mortgages, taxes, insurance premiums, payroll, and maintenance bills. - Experience working with Homeowners Association, - Experience with property taxes and insurance to include filing insurance claims and appeal property tax assessments, - Experience with managing properties in the U.S. mainland, - Knowledge working with softwares such as Propertyware, Quickbooks, Excel, and Powerpoint, - Produce monthly financial reports, - Negotiate contracts for landscaping, trash removal and monitor performance of contractors, investigate and resolve complaints from tenants, - Inspect grounds, facilities and equipment for repairs and maintenance, - Meet with tenants, show vacant rental units and enforce terms of contracts. |
