| Job Duties: | Performs variety of skilled duties of the building such as painting, carpentry, minor electrical, cement masonry, dry wall or other recognized crafts for the purpose of maintaining, repairing or remodeling operated buildings and facilities. Builds, repairs, and installs counters, cabinets, benches, partitions, floors, doors and building framework; uses carpenter's hand tools and power tools. Installs glass in windows, doors, and partitions; replaces damaged ceiling tile, floor tile, and sheet plastic wall coverings. Install electrical wiring and equipment; new electrical services, wiring during remodeling projects; replaces and repairs wiring as needed. Repairs electrical equipment and control circuits; replaces faulty electrical switches; repairs refrigeration equipment. Assists as directed in the operation and maintenance of mechanical systems, such as: plumbing, heating, ventilating, air conditioning, automatic temperature control, electrical or other similar equipment as needed. |
