Job Title: Vice President of Talent Management and Development
Job Duties: 1.Primary responsibility is to oversee, develop and implement a workforce strategy and plan to support the development of the organization and its objective of operating gaming facilities, integrated resorts and high end hotels in Saipan, CNMI. 2.Responsible for advising corporate executives on the company’s business objectives in relation to workforce strategy and development. 3.Responsible for the selection, recruitment, training and development of company employees. 4.Responsible for employee benefits, compensation and management of human resources operations. 5.Responsible for employee performance management and performance review. 6.Responsible for developing and implementing management strategies and programs which are tailored to the company’s objectives in the gaming industry and hospitality industry. 7.Responsible for designing and developing the company’s organizational culture. 8.Prepare workforce management budgets and monitor expenditures.
High School Diploma Required? Undetermined
Qualification Requirements: 1.2-4 years of experience in accommodation management, financial management and workforce management. 2.2-4 years of experience in the hospitality industry including hotels, spas, private clubs, golf clubs, service apartments and restaurants. 3.2-4 years of experience in the Hospitality industry holding a top management position. 4.2-4 years of experience in advising corporate executives on workforce strategy and implementation.
