| Job Duties: | maintains high visibility w/patiens,staff & physicians & collaborates w/the interdisciplinary team to facility quality care, assist staff to problem solving and to seek professional growth, schedules unit staffing levels based on staffing plans and unit acuity, communicates w/physician regarding patient issues & concerns, available during doctor's rounds, collect and gather data for quality improvement initiatives, accurately take & records vital signs & machine parameters throughtout the treatment, as well as pre and post dialysis, cannulates AVF,AVG & initiate catheters, obtain blood samples for lab studies as ordered, responds to alarms & make appropriate adjustments during dialysis, demonstrates knowledge and skills needed to provide care appropriate to age, condition of patients, in consultation w/the charge nurse, report pertinent adverse observations & incidents to nurse manager, maintains patient confidentiality at all times, carries out medical/nursing orders, in the provision of patient care, administers medications and blood products and records appropriately, assist in cardiopulmonary resuscitation, participates in all staff in-services and staff meetings, provides a leadership and resource role in the provision of patient care and collaborates w/facility manager regarding requisition of unit stocks. |

| Qualification Requirements: | Must pass NCLEX-RN, Current CNMI RN License, attended hemodialysis training program, atleast two years hemodialysis experience and plus one year as a charge nurse in dialysis, english language skills. Proficent in spoken, written and comprehension, must hold a bachelor in science in ursing, certification in basic cardiopulmonary resuscitation and flexible with time schedules. |
