Job Title: General Manager and Scuba Diving Instructor
Job Duties: •Oversee activities directly related to making products or providing services. •Direct and coordinate activities of businesses or departments concerned with the production, pricing, sales, or distribution of products. •Review financial statements, sales and activity reports, and other performance data to measure productivity and goal achievement and to determine areas needing cost reduction and program improvement. •Manage staff, preparing work schedules and assigning specific duties. •Direct and coordinate organization's financial and budget activities to fund operations, maximize investments, and increase efficiency. •Establish and implement departmental policies, goals, objectives, and procedures, conferring with board members, organization officials, and staff members as necessary. •Determine staffing requirements, and interview, hire and train new employees, or oversee those personnel processes. •Plan and direct activities such as sales promotions, coordinating with other department heads as required. •Determine goods and services to be sold, and set prices and credit terms, based on forecasts of customer demand. •Locate, select, and procure merchandise for resale, representing management in purchase negotiations. •Work below surface of water, using scuba gear to inspect, repair, remove, or install equipment and structures. May use a variety of power and hand tools. •Communicate with workers on the surface while underwater, using signal lines or telephones. •Take appropriate safety precautions, such as monitoring dive lengths and depths and registering with authorities before diving expeditions begin. •Check and maintain diving equipment, such as helmets, masks, air tanks, harnesses, or gauges. •Descend into water with the aid of diver helpers, using scuba gear or diving suits. •Obtain information about diving tasks and environmental conditions. •Performs other related duties that may be assigned

Qualification Requirements: 1.High school graduate or equivalent. 2.At least 18 years old. 3.No criminal record. 4.Knowledge of business and management principles involved in strategic planning, resource allocation, human resources modeling, leadership technique, production methods, and coordination of people and resources. 5.Good customer service, communication and interpersonal skills 6.Must possess a valid PADI certification card.
