| Job Duties: | Provide full support to HR Manager by assisting in managing day to day office admin or HR activities. Assist in managing policies, procedures and conduct internal employee programs. Maintain and update employee profiles, and job specification for each hiring positions. Hands on in HR Database Management, Legal Compliance/Code of Conduct, Organization Development/Process Improvement, Performance & Career Management, Recruitment & Selection, etc. Arrange official appointments and meetings, record minutes and distribute. Manage the office administration system to secure overall company efficiency, productivity and cost effectiveness. Perform other HR duties as assigned. |
