| Job Duties: | Plan, execute, and finalize assigned project according to strict deadlines and within budget, including acquiring resources and coordinating the efforts of team members, and third party contractors or consultants in order to deliver according to plan. Setting up accounting system for new hotels and provide directions and support to all hotels in the group. Responsible for full set of accounting including tax returns and independently oversee the financial daily operation. Administer and monitor the financial system on order to ensure that the municipal finances are maintained in an accurate and timely manner. Oversee the accounts payable and accounts receivable systems in order to ensure complete and accurate records of all monies. Prepares monthly financial statement and financial reports. Responsible for forecasting and budgeting. Maintain fixed asset and depreciation registers on a monthly/quarterly basis. |
