| Job Duties: | Offer, up-sell, and market company services and products. Recommend services, products and establishments to customers, based on customers' needs and interests. Answer customers' questions about products, prices, availability, product uses, and payment terms. Estimate or quote prices and discuss pricing, promotions and discounts. Attend to all customers’ queries and sales transactions in regards to optional tours and activities. Prepare and distribute company invoices and official receipts for customers and vendors. Assist customers and coordinate with all related vendors and tour guides with reservations and bookings. Distribute brochures, show audiovisual presentations, and explain establishment processes and operations at tour sites. Prepare guest accommodations (hotel bookings, transportation services, and meal and/or land tour reservations). Perform other tasks as needed. Communicate with China/Shanghai Office in regards to any inquiries. Drive tourists safely through various tour routes. |

| Qualification Requirements: | High School degree in appropriate field or equivalent experience. A minimum six months to a year experience in its related field. Work experience with travel and tour operation is an advantage. Preferably knows in both written and oral communication in the English and Chinese, or Russian, or Korean languages preferred. Must be willing to work shifts, evenings, holidays, and weekends. |
