| Job Duties: | Greet and attend to customers and determine their wants or needs. Recommend merchandise and meet daily sales targets. Explain the use and benefit of merchandise to customers. Answer customers’ questions. Show how merchandise works, if applicable. Add up customers’ total purchases and accept payment. Know about current sales and promotions, policies about payments and exchanges, and security practices. May help stock shelves or racks, arrange for mailing or delivery of purchases, mark price tags, take inventory, and prepare displays. Perform other related duties as required or as assigned. |

| Qualification Requirements: | High School Diploma, GED or equivalent. Prior experience in luxury retail sales is preferred including the ability to speak in Chinese (Mandarin). Must be proactive, respectful, and a team player. Must be able to lift, carry or otherwise move objects weighing up to 15 pounds. Must have proven experience in providing in excellent customer service and must be able explain the product options available to customers and make appropriate recommendations. With cashiering (use of cash registers) experience and must be familiar with the Point-Of-Sales (POS) System. Must be willing to work shifts, evenings, holidays, and weekends. |
