| Job Duties: | Help ensure the smooth daily running of the Resort by taking care of its guests and being a point of contact for both Chinese guests and staff. Work with management team to provide focused attention on Chinese guests. Promoting and developing loyalty from Chinese hotel guests by re-acting positively to their individual needs and providing high level of personalized guest service. Recommending any necessary operational change to ensure seamless guest service. Deal with guest relation issues. |

| Qualification Requirements: | Minimum education Associate's Degree preferable in Sales & Marketing or Tourism. Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends and holidays. Excellent communication skills are a must. Must be a team player and have strong interpersonal skills. |
