| Job Duties: | Must have specialized knowledge to analyze and solve electrical and/or mechanical problems. Ability to focus and to visually plan and perform electrical and/or mechanical work. Job calls for strong physical exertion, responsible for cost control, must sustained high degree of attention. Required to prove damage or waste. Must repair or replace equipment necessary to maintain electrical and or mechanical equipment and systems. Must be able to install heating, air conditioning, refrigeration systems and related equipment for the purpose of providing comfort inside our Company’s facilities. Maintains tools. Able to recognize power plant and or generator operational conditions, and be able to perform mechanical works under the supervision of the Mechanical Engineer. Ability to diagnose and repair electrical/mechanical machineries, motors and other building equipment. Pprior experience in HVAC is a plus. Must be able to work nights and weekends. Must be Willing to assist work on other areas in the Facilities of the LaoLao Bay Golf & Resort as needed and other duties as may be assigned. |
