| Job Duties: | Our fast-growing international investment company, based in the CNMI, is looking for an Executive Assistant to support the Vice President/Chief Operational Officer with his day-to-day administrative needs and organizational duties. The responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to, the following: • Responsible for the effective coordination and follow-up of the activities and commitments of the VP/COO by producing and managing a master calendar of key events, dates, and deadlines that are critical to the conduct of the company’s business. • Researches, prioritizes, and follows up on incoming issues and concerns addressed to the VP/COO and determines the appropriate course of action, referral or response. Exercises sound judgment by keeping the VP/COO abreast of any issues that may arise internally and/or externally which could potentially impact the VP/COO or the company as a whole. • Composes and prepares correspondence that may be confidential in nature. Communicates with a high degree of discretion, via phone, email, and US mail to directors, councils, management, staff, public, vendors, and other organizations. • Prioritizes conflicting demands; handles matters expeditiously, proactively and follows through on projects to successful completion. • Provides high level research and editorial support to the VP/COO. • Arranges corporate travel and meetings by developing itineraries and agendas; booking flights and other transportation; arranging lodging and meeting accommodations. • Completes projects and special assignments by establishing objectives; determining priorities; managing time; gaining cooperation of others; monitoring progress; problem solving; making adjustments to plans. • Organizes relevant documents to be reviewed by VP/COO to be catalogued into the Company’s database. • Performs other duties as necessary. |
