| Job Duties: | • Reporting to the CEO of the Saipan office, you will be accountable for generating significant business revenue each year, and meeting agreed sales and business targets as defined by management • Developing new business via developing sales and marketing channels with Marketing Agents in China • Working with other internal departments to develop appropriate solutions in order to maximize business success • Planning, preparing, and executing high impact meetings with client prospects and potential partners • Helping with the preparation and translation of our marketing collaterals in to Chinese • Maximizing revenue growth with existing accounts and our partner base • Representing Bridge Immigration at industry events and conferences |

| Qualification Requirements: | • You are energetic, self-motivated, outgoing, hands-on and willing to take the initiative, with very strong negotiation skills • You are able to self-manage and are goal and results driven • Your interpersonal, oral and written communication, presentation and organizational skills are excellent • You demonstrate passion, persistence, creativity and a determination to get things done • You have verifiable success in working in the legal, financial services, real estate or ‘immigrant investor’ industries • Knowledge and experience of the ‘immigrant investor’ market is preferable but not essential • An undergraduate degree in Law, Business, Economics or Marketing is ideal • You must have a willingness to travel • Proficiency with Microsoft Office products including, but not limited to, Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint • Excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese. |
