| Job Duties: | • Warmly and graciously greets guests upon arrival. • When possible, open the front door for guests entering or leaving the restaurant. • When immediate seating is limited, records guests names and number of people in party. • Call out name and number of party when tables become available. • Provide guests with estimated waiting time, always maintaining a professional courteous attitude when confronted with hostile, impatient or irritate guests. • Accommodating special seating requests for guests whenever possible. • Seat guests based on guests preference and balancing of customer flow in service stations. • Upon seating, offer guest a menu and inform them of their server’s name. • Inspect table for proper presentation and completeness. • Relay messages to server’s and bus-persons as needed. • Maintain supplies for mints and toothpicks at the hosts stand. • Accept payment for food and beverage, and make proper change. • Help servers in assuring quality customer service. • Clean menus of food and stains. • Thanks guest as they leave and invite them to return, Relay guests comments or suggestions to the manager on duty. • Explain the restaurant concept to guests. • Give directions to the restaurant to guests inquiring for it. • May assist waitstaff in bussing out tables. • May assist in serving order if possible. • Receive from F&B Assistant Manager the record and final information of any confirmed reservation and direct the information to the F&B Supervisor. • Responsible in handling change fund, make sure it is complete for the daily operation. • Responsible in maintaining cashier booth at all times. • Responsible in preparing accurate report of the outlet daily sales. • Perform other task as assigned and determined by the F&B Manager. |

| Qualification Requirements: | High School Diploma or equivalent. At least have few months experienced in the related field. Experienced working in a restaurant is a plus. Knowledge of principles and processes for providing customer and personal services including handling large group of arrivals in the restaurant. Excellent interpersonal skills with a positive attitude, professional, neat and well groomed at all times. Able to speak additional languages is preferred but not required and knowledge in navigating point of sale system and computer literacy is a must. Be able to stand for prolonged period of time and must possess a friendly, a people person, trustworthiness, with a good manners and right conduct. Willing to work in flexible shifts, days, evenings, weekend and holidays. |
