| Job Duties: | Arrange for financing of materials and supplies for a multi-billion dollar project. Consult with vendors, engineers, architects, owners, contractors and subcontractors to discuss and formulate materials and supplies estimates. Prepare estimates for use in selecting vendors or subcontractors. Confer with engineers, architects, owners, contractors and subcontractors on changes and adjustments to cost estimates. Prepare estimates used by executive management for purposes such as planning, organizing and scheduling work. Ensure the timely provision of capital for all activities on the projects. Provide input into project establishment and set up as required. |
