Job Title: Production Worker
Job Duties: SMALL BOTTLING DEPARTMENT: Operate, changeover, clean and troubleshoot on production equipment consisting of fillers, capper and wrappers. Observe equipment operation so that malfunctions can be detected and notify operators/maintenance of any malfunctions. Participate in execution of preventive, predictive, reactive maintenance of filling and packing machine and other related equipment. Record preventive, predictive and reactive maintenance activities. Complete and maintain checklists and reports as required. Knowledge and usage of transportation methods including, but not limited to, bottle conveyors, package conveyors, pallet jacks etc. Lift raw materials, finished products, and packed items, manually or using hoists. Count finished products to determine if product inventories are complete. Load and unload items from machines, conveyors, and delivery trucks. Inspect raw materials against quality standards before loading raw materials. Examine products to verify conformance to quality standards. Manage the materials and supplies inventory. Maintain work area in an organized and clean manner ensuring safety and good manufacturing practices. Meet or exceed performance measures such as efficiency, production output and maintenance. Work as a team with other co-employees to ensure no line stoppages and improve operations. Cross training to perform work on other work roles or in other production areas as needed. ICE DEPARTMENT: Operate, clean, troubleshoot the ice sealer. Label ice bag with correct production date. Observe equipment operations so that malfunctions can be detected and notify operator/maintenance of any malfunctions. Participate in execution of preventive, predictive and reactive maintenance on ice machines, conveyor, ice bin, ice bagger, ice sealer, and other related equipment. Record preventive, predictive and reactive maintenance activities. Complete and maintain checklists and reports as required. Knowledge and usage of transportation methods including, but not limited to, conveyors, pallet jacks, fork lift, delivery truck etc. Lift raw materials, finished products, and packed items, manually or using hoists. Count finished products to determine if product inventories are complete. Load and unload items from machines, conveyors,pallets and delivery trucks. Inspect raw materials against quality standards before loading raw materials. Examine products to verify conformance to quality standards. Maintain work area in an organized and clean manner ensuring safety and good manufacturing practices. Meet or exceed performance measures such as efficiency, production output and operations. Cross training to perform work on other work roles or in other production area as needed. 5 GALLON BOTTLING DEPARTMENT: Operate, clean, and troubleshoot on production equipment consisting of bottling machine, and other related equipment. Observe equipment operations so that malfunctions can be detected, and notify operators/maintenance of any malfunctions. Participate in execution of preventive,predictive, reactive maintenance on bottling machine and other related equipment. Record preventive, predictive and reactive maintenance activities. Complete and maintain checklists and reports as required. Knowledge and usage of transportation methods including, but not limited to, bottle conveyors, pallet jacks, delivery trucks etc. Lift raw materials, finished products, and packed items, manually or using hoists. Count finished products to determine if finished product inventories are complete. Load and unload items from machines, conveyors, and delivery trucks. Inspect bottles and seal caps against quality standards before loading seal caps and bottles. Examine products to verify conformance with quality standards. Manage the materials and supplies inventory. Maintain work area in an organized manner ensuring safety and good manufacturing practices. Meet or exceed performance measures such as efficiency, production output and maintenance. Work as a team with other co-employees to ensure no line stoppages and improve operations. Cross training to perform work on other work roles or in other production areas as needed. BLOW MOLDING: Safely and proactively operate, changeover, troubleshoot, and optimize PET heater, blow mold and support equipment. Meet performance targets for blow molding. Ensure proper setup of blow mold machines. Monitor and adjust bottle processes to optimize bottle quality and correct defects. Observe equipment operations so that malfunctions can be detected and notify operators/maintenance of any malfunctions. Participate in execution of preventive, predictive, reactive maintenance on PRE-form heater, blow molding machine, air compressors and other related equipment. Record preventive, predictive and reactive maintenance activities. Complete and maintain checklist and reports as required. Knowledge and usage of transportation methods including, but not limited to, pallet jacks, forklift etc. Lift raw materials, finished products, and perform mould, manually or using hoists. Count finished products to determine if product inventories are complete. Inspect raw materials against quality standards before using raw materials. Examine products to verify conformance to quality standards. Manage the materials and supplies inventory. Maintain work area in an organized and clean manner ensuring safety and good manufacturing practices. Work as a team with other co-employees to ensure no line stoppages and improve operations. Cross training to perform work on other work roles or in other production areas as needed.
