| Job Title: | Water Park Supervisor |
| Job Duties: | Reports directly to the Sports & Recreation Management. Is responsible for the Wave Jungle & Beach House facilities, which include but not limited to; Supervision of Wave Jungle & Beach House staff operations, maintaining the daily PRIM work schedule, maintains first-aid kits and safety equipment. Keep inventory of Wave Jungle & Beach House equipment. Assist implementation and testing of Emergency Action Plan and In-service life guarding training program. Completes and files a daily report. Participates in all supervisor meetings. Assists in training to the standard of the Saipan World Resort and enforces all rules & regulations of the Sports & Recreation Department. Develop and implement education and training schedule and contents. Oversee work schedules and overtime assignments (in cooperation with the Human Resources Team). Oversee work attitudes and performance. Implement job / position assignments. Receive and resolve guest complaints (in cooperation with the GRO). Develop promotional and marketing plans targeting local market/guests in other hotels and other marketing activities. Manage daily cash flow; reporting daily sales (daily sales reports) and depositing cash sales. Any other duties that may be assigned by the Team Manager, Department Director and/or the General Manager |

| Qualification Requirements: | Must be a high school graduate or equivalent. One year of work experience preferred but not required. Must have supervisory skills and a lifeguard certification. Minimum two years experience in hotel outlet operations required. Water Park or Amusement Park management / supervision experience highly preferred. |
