| Job Duties: | Operate, clean and troubleshoot generators, electrical wiring, and telephone lines. Repair mechanical, electrical and refrigeration components. Maintain, fix, and improve equipment used in the bottling operation. Maintain and repair all water production facility equipment. Maintain and repair all freezer and refrigeration units at production plant and in all local stores and households. Maintain and repair structure of building. Operate a forklift, drive heavy equipment trucks as needed to complete duties. Able to lift 100 lbs and pull 118 lbs as needed to perform work. Able to work with an awkward posture for 2 hours or more. Monitor inventory and enforce checkout procedures for parts and tools. Work with other maintenance technicians to meet daily work schedule. Good communication skills with other co-employees. Provide break relief or coverage to other department. Ability to self-manage, scheduling and performing work, often unsupervised. Provide daily grounds keeping service including bathrooms. Daily general maintenance throughout production facility. |

| Qualification Requirements: | Must have a high school diploma and one or two years of training involving both on-the-job experience and informal training with experienced workers in the field. Able to lift at least 100 lbs safely. BUILDING AND CONSTRUCTION KNOWLEDGE NEEDED. MAINTENANCE EXPERIENCE ESSENTIAL. GOOD MECHANICAL AND MATHEMATICAL SKILLS ALSO NEEDED. PROFICIENT IN ENGLISH. |
