| Job Duties: | 1.Head of Financial Department. 2.Implement and coordinate the financial auditing and accounting. 3.Develop and standardize company financial operating system, regulations and disciplines. 4.Supervise, execute, and maintain financial management procedures and policies. Participate in annual and quarterly financial planning. 5.Provide various financial reports and necessary financial analyses to company management. 6.Organize cost management (including cost forecast, cost control, cost accounting, cost analysis, and cost assessment) in order to ensure the accomplishment of corporate profit target. 7.Guide and supervise the daily operational activities of subordinates. |

| Qualification Requirements: | 1.Bachelor’s degree or above in Financial Accounting or a related major. 2.Certificate in financial management or accounting required. 3.Minimum 3 years’ experience in corporate financial management, competent in financial management and operation. 4.Have a good knowledge of Chinese financial system, tax system and relevant laws and regulations. Familiarity with U.S. financial system preferred. 5.Excellent planning, organizing, communication, and coordination skills, strong teamwork spirit. 6.Good computer skills, proficient in financial management software such as Yonyou. 7.Professional ethics, strong sense of responsibility, able to station in Saipan during contract duration. 8.Salary is commensurate with experience. |
