| Job Duties: | Prepare invoices, reports, memos, letters, financial statements and other documents, using word processing, spreadsheet, database, or presentation software. Summary of duties: Provide high-level administrative support primarily to areas such as Human Resources, Technical Publications, Training, Maintenance, and Flight Operations. Also assist company Executives and other departments as necessary. Specific tasks: · Assist the HR Manager in various administrative requirements including but not limited to recruitment, benefits, PRIA, personnel grievances, etc. · Assist the Technical Publications Manager in maintaining and updating company manuals as required by the Federal Aviation Administration. This includes revising, editing, distributing company manuals. · Assist the Training Manager in administering training as required by the Federal Aviation Regulations. This includes maintaining and updating training records, monitoring recurrent training, maintaining and updating training modules. · Assist the Director of Flight Operations and Chief Pilot in various administrative functions including records keeping, correspondence, reports, etc. · Assist the Director of Maintenance and Chief Inspector in maintaining and updating aircraft maintenance and inspection records. This includes preparing work orders and IDRs and updating TBO spreadsheet. |
