| Job Duties: | Prepares the pizza dough every morning to use throughout the day.Essential Functions:Responsible for dough preparedness as prescribed from Manager in charge.Complies with all portioning,quality standards,rules,policies,and safety procedures.Selects and transports raw items to work area and back.Stores finished products in proper places. | Qualification Requirements: | Need anywhere from a few months to one year of working with experienced employees in dough scaler and mixer..High school diploma preferred.Must obtain a Tuberculosis Clearance Certificate.Position requires well-paces mobility for minimum periods minimum of four hours.Requires standing and walking for the entire workday.Must be able to bend and stoop occasionally.Must be able to occasionally lift 40 lbs.Must have sensory capabilities to select quality of sauce.Must have finger dexterity to use some utensil tools. |
