| Job Duties: | • Ensure all Vendors and internal customers are afforded prompt, efficient and courteous service at all times. • Ensure the accurate and timely processing of information for voucher and cheque creation on the Accounts Payable finance system. • Liaise with inter-departmental management regarding queries/progress of payment to Vendors. • Ensure strong attention to detail during review of invoices and payment requests to reinforce adherence to company policies. • Ensure a complete and through understanding of all Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). • Work with the Purchasing, Warehouse and Receiving departments in ensuring accurate data processing and reconciliation. • Consistently seek to develop a trusting relationship and working rapport with team members and ensure a positive approach to work, supporting new recruits and temporary staff as required. • All other tasks that may be assigned from time to time. |

| Qualification Requirements: | • Appropriate certification in studies involving business/accounting. A bachelors degree in Accounting is an advantage. • Minimum of 2 years experience within an Accounts Payable or Accounting environment for large corporations. • Strong knowledge of Accounts Payable software systems. Prior experience in Oracle or similar ERP system is preferred. |
