| Job Duties: | • Oversee the management and supervision of Casino Audit, Count and Casino Accounting teams. • Creation of the pre-opening Casino Finance design and operational requirements. • Implement internal controls and departmental procedures to ensure operational consistency and accuracy. Authorize and put into effect improved changes as necessary. • Ensure strong compliance to Commonwealth Casino Commission standards and Anti Money Laundering requirements. • Develop an effective organization chart, recruit and develop a strong management team as well as manage and oversee the ongoing recruitment of staff to remain operationally successful. • Work closely with Finance department to ensure appropriate accounting of transactions. • Ensure necessary reports to government and other authorities regarding revenue, rolling and other items are submitted accurately and timely. • Review and submit statements of foreign currency trading in casino which are compliant with authorities. • Openly address Operational Issues and Projects to drive Business Performance; Costs control, Labor Productivity, etc. • Ensuring Full Compliance (GAAP, local Statutory, Company Policies, etc.), applying strongest Technical Expertise and Insights on business operations to ensure ALL risks to the company are addressed and mitigated. • All other tasks that may be assigned from time to time. |

| Qualification Requirements: | • Bachelor Degree in Accounting or Finance • Minimum 15 years working in a large and reputable organization with minimum of five years in a casino environment in a senior finance role • Both operations (Cage/Count) and financial (accounting/auditing) experience preferred. • Solid academic credentials are desirable eg. Certified Practicing Accountant |
