| Job Duties: | Job Summary – (Role Summary) • As Transportation Supervisor, you will be responsible for the valet operations, Employee Transportation, Casino and Hotel guest transportation arrangements, the self-park and hall Parking operations. Essential Duties and Responsibilities – (Key Activities of the role) • Lead employees in achieving service excellence for valet operations. • Ensure that all the tasks are executed timely according to the standard set by the department. This will be measured by set departmental KPI’s. • Maintain effective communication with other internal departments such as Finance, Casino Operations, and Service Management with challenges that may arise. • Work and coordinate with external agencies such as transportation companies and transportation authority’s etc. on transportation policies and practices for Best Sunshine. • Handle stressful and complex issues that include process failures, escalations, complaints, crisis and poor productivity. • Motivate and encourage Team Members with a visible career path plan. • Operational planning and execution for major events on/around Best Sunshine. • Responsible to carry out all bussing operational activities at Best Sunshine including customer grievance/complaint handling, legal and safety matters with regard to such operations. • Identify the training needs of the operations team and work with Transportation Management to define training requirements • Develop and maintain effective communication and coordination with internal departments (HR, Guest Services, Security, Hotel Ops, Finance, Marketing Services & Operations, etc) • Develop and maintain effective communication and coordination with external agencies such as transportation companies and transportation authorities on transportation policies and practices of Best Sunshine • Responsible to understand, follow and implement the company’s operating policies and procedures. • Work with external vendors for casual manpower arrangements and standards. • Plan and coordinate transportation requirements for Casino Marketing and extra services for festive and peak periods. • Prepare reports (daily/weekly/monthly) programs/activities. • Conduct performance appraisal for Transportation Supervisors/Captains • Check and verify monthly invoices from transportation contractors/suppliers. • Ensure Team Members uniform and grooming standards maintained. • Motivate and counsel Team Members to perform to their fullest potential. • Enforce safe work procedures for Team Members. • Performs any other duties and responsibilities as and when assigned by the management. |

| Qualification Requirements: | Required Skills – • Certificate in Valet/Hospitality Operations from a recognized institution preferred. • Excellent guest relations and communication skills. • Skill of basic computer such as Microsoft Words and Excel is essential.
