Job Title: Table Games Senior Shift Manager
Job Duties: The Table Games Senior Shift Manager acts as the Manager on duty and is the conduit to Senior Management team of all daily activity. The TGSM should demand the highest standards of service and commitment from the property management on duty and their team Members. Applicant must be enthusiastic and display a positive demeanor and maintain composure under all circumstances and fit well in the company’s service and operational culture. Manage the Casino Gaming Operation in a professional manner and create a pleasant environment for guests and team members. Maintain the highest levels of service and courtesy with both internal and external customers. Draft departmental standard operational procedures and maintain the integrity and compliance of the gaming operation outlined in the Department Operation Manual. Exhibit all conduct in accordance with Gaming Regulations, as well as all Federal and State laws and regulations including: BSA, Title 31 Chapter X. Overall responsible for Table Games operation in the absence of the Vice President of Table Games.

Qualification Requirements: Ten (10) years at Shift Manager Level or above is required, preferably within Asia. Must be knowledgeable of all modern casino games and rules. Excellent verbal communication skills are required. Ability to establish and maintain a positive and professional working relationships with all individuals. Knowledge of operating a computer and use of Office Suite. Must be fluent in English. The ability to communicate in Mandarin, Korean or Japanese is a plus. Must be able to stand for long periods of time. Must be able to perform shift duties and work on weekends and public holidays. Must be able to secure a CNMI gaming license.
