| Job Duties: | NATURE AND SCOPE OF POSITION: The Operations Manager is required to operate the Club according to the requirements of the General Manager. To produce maximum revenue levels while operating the premises at judicial but minimum cost. Ensure that the operation follows all due diligence and operates within required CNMI and Federal legislation. RESPONSIBILITIES: The Operations Manager is assigned the overall responsibility, authority and accountability for the operational departments of the Club. This is not limited to but inclusive of all Company Policies, CNMI and Federal legislation. Work with all department managers to ensure the efficient and profitable operation of the Club. Duties (Essential Requirements): 1. Reports to General Manager on all aspect concerning the Club operations. 2. Ensure all internal control policies and procedures are adhered to by all staffs. 3. Promote policy formation and planning. 4. Direct Operational Department Heads with regards to Club policies. 5. Ensure Occupational Health and Safety Regulations are adhered to. 6. Review, analyze and summarize all relevant statistical data. 7. Monitor and take necessary action to ensure operational efficiency. 8. Work with and manage all operational staffs. 9. Participate in public relations, functions and events. 10. Practice and promote safe work habits following Club policies and take consultative role in assisting and maintaining a healthy and safe working environment. 11. Be full conversant with departmental fire and evacuation procedures. 12. Adhere to all regulations in relation to Anti-Money Laundering filing reports as required. 13. Ensure the integrity and confidentiality is foremost at all times. 14. Maintain impeccable dress and grooming standards at all times. 15. Any other duties relevant to Club operations as required by the General Manager. |

| Qualification Requirements: | Must have 1 to 4 years previous experience working in Operational Management. Able to communicate clearly in and possess a good command of verbal and written English. Must demonstrate the ability to control the activities of subordinates. Must be neat and presentable. Should be computer literate. Must be able to complete all documentations accurately in accordance with the standards. Organizational, coordination and time management skills. Staff management, mentoring and motivation. Team building and development. Strong communication skills. Marketing, brand reinforcement. |
