| Job Duties: | Check patrons’ identification to meet the minimum age requirements for consumption of alcoholic drinks. Take orders from patrons on order slips, memorize orders and collects payments. Serves beverages such as cocktail drinks, draft beer and other alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks to patrons. Must be familiar with various beverages in order to communicate easily with patrons particularly in crowded areas. Clean work areas such as table, restroom, bar areas. Respect and follow orders from supervisors and managers. Other related duties as assigned. |
