| Job Duties: | Contacts customers to obtain or relay account information. Monitors status of customer accounts to ensure that payments are up to date. Receives cash or company checks and prepare original receipt for such payment. Prepares itemized statements, billings or invoices and records amount due for services rendered. Perform general office duties such as filing, answering telephones and handling routine correspondence. Operate computers programmed with Peach Tree accounting software to record, store and analyze information. performs other duties as per instructions. |
