| Job Duties: | Estimates repair costs. Fabricate or repair counters, benches, partitions or other wooden structures such as sheds or outbuildings. Lay bricks to repair or maintain buildings, walls and other structures. Operate cutting torches or welding equipment to cut or join metal parts. Order parts, supplies and equipment from catalogs and suppliers or obtain them from storerooms. Paint or repair roofs, windows, doors, floors. wood works, plasters, dry walls or other parts of building structures. Perform general cleaning of building or properties. Use tools ranging from common hand and power tools, such as hammers, hoists, saws, drills and wrenches, to precision measuring instruments and electronic testing devices. |

| Qualification Requirements: | High School graduate or it's equivalent with 2 years work related experience. Must have background in plumbing, masonry, painting and welding works. Familiar with picking, stacking and releasing of merchandise. Knows how to operate forklifts and able to drive. Must have valid driver's license.
