| Job Title: | Solar Energy Sales Representative |
| Job Duties: | This position is responsible for successfully growing MRE’s Residential Solar Division through the sales of direct purchase and solar energy service agreements of solar energy systems. You will demonstrate a combination of entrepreneurial spirit and self-motivation, and possess the ability to optimize processes and people to achieve maximum profitability. Manage to the highest standards of customer satisfaction by taking personal ownership of customer service issues and resolving them with the highest degree of integrity, discretion, and urgency. Strategies, goals and customer base will be reviewed weekly with your Solar Sales Manager Mrs. Nicole Sablan. Responsibilities: Sales of residential solar electric systems through direct purchases and SUNNOVA solar energy service agreements. Generate solar energy customer leads to develop new accounts. Manage warm leads given to you by your Solar Sales Director through the MRE marketing data base. Generate project proposals and quotes for customers through our highly proprietary CRM program Analysis of customer’s current and project electrical usage and financial return on investment Must have a clear understanding of contract agreements and be able to explain and review agreements with customers Must acquire a high degree on the fundamental and dynamics of solar energy through our training portal and sales training documents Coordinate your site surveys with our site surveyor and collect this data for the population of proposals for your clients. Coordinate the transfer of all design documentation to the design team to move projects into the Notice to proceed stage and development. Sales quota for your position once training is completed will be 5 solar energy service closures per week, 20 per month. Manage customer communication and expectations up to the closing phase of our client’s projects Conducting site visits with customers to explain our solar energy service agreements, collecting CUC utility bills, coordinating a site survey, population of proposals and closure of the initial project phase. Attend a Monthly company business development and sales meeting to establish goals and agendas for the upcoming month. Achieve assigned financial objectives Develop strategic alliances |

| Qualification Requirements: | Preferably have an AA degree or 1-2 years or more experience in sales. Chamorro and Carolinian speaking preferred. Proficient in the English language. Must be able to work flexible schedules including weekends, nights, and holidays. Must possess a valid driver’s license. Must knowledgeable with Microsoft Office Excel, and have excellent customer service. |
