| Job Duties: | Assist and support accounting department to record, store and analyze information from transactions and numerical data. Conduct a variety of accounting, bookkeeping, purchasing, inventory and control, clerical and administrative functions. Check figures, postings and document correct entry, mathematical accuracy and proper codes. Classify records, summarize numerical and financial records using journals, ledgers or computers. Debit, credit and total accounts on computer spreadsheets and data bases using specialized accounting software (MAS200). Operate 10-key calculators, typewriters and copy machines to perform clerical works; receive, record and bank cash, checks and vouchers. Compile statistical, financial, accounting or auditing reports and tables pertaining to such receipts, expenditures, accounts payables and receivables, profit and losses. Comply with all applicable CNMI and federal tax reports. Performs other related duties assigned. |
