| Job Duties: | Direct the financial and accounting activities of the company including financial planning, budgeting, accounting, cage, purchasing and warehouse operations. Typical tasks include but is not limited to: * Coordinates with senior leadership and other executives to establish major objectives and policies. * Directs and monitors all activities of Finance and Accounting Departments. * Directly responsible for Casino Cage, Soft and Hard Count, Collections, Purchasing and Warehouse including. * Directs and monitors budgeting and forecasting process and reports. * Develops policies and procedures for account collections and extensions of credit to customers. * Develops and analyzes business procedures and internal controls to ensure the most efficient methods of accomplishing activities are being followed while providing reasonable assurance that assets are properly safeguarded. * Oversee the evaluation, financial planning and budgeting of new projects. |

| Qualification Requirements: | Education and Experience: * Minimum of 4 years or more of successful experience as a Chief Financial Officer (CFO), Controller, Vice President of Finance, Finance Director in the gaming industry. * Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance or related fields from an accredited college or university required. * Master of Business Administration (MBA) or Masters’ Degree in Accounting, Economics, Finance or related field from an accredited university preferred. * Professional accreditation eg. CPA, ICAA. * Previous experience in Gaming industry is required. * Extensive experience in budgeting, forecasting, reporting, analysis and financial statement preparation and interpretation and tax reporting. * Working knowledge and understanding of all gaming regulations. |
