| Job Duties: | • Developing specific goals and plans to prioritize, organize, supervise and execute the project in a timely and cost-effective manner; • Prepare and submit budget estimates, progress reports or cost tracking reports; • Plan, prepare and implement sub-contracting procedures; • Inspect or review projects to monitor compliance with building and safety codes, environmental regulations and/or other regulations and laws; • Liaise and collaborate with government authorities; • Monitor and review construction activities on a regular basis to detect or assess problems • Confer with supervisory personnel, owners, sub-contractors and/or design professionals to discuss and resolve matters, such as work procedures, complaints or construction problems; • Prepare and implement public relations plan; • Provide guidance and direction to subordinates • Monitor and control resources and oversee the spending of money • Implement and communicate organizational policies and procedures |

| Qualification Requirements: | • Degree or above in construction management or related disciplines; • Minimum 1-2 years’ post qualification experience in related building projects • Self-motivated; • Knowledge of business and management principles involved in strategic planning, resource allocation, human resources modelling, leadership technique, production methods and coordination of people and resources; • Knowledge of US codes and standards related to construction; • Knowledge of materials, methods and the tools involved in the construction industry; • Knowledge of design techniques, tools and principles involved in production of precision technical plans, blueprints, drawings and models; • Knowledge of laws and regulations applicable in Saipan; • Good command in spoken and written English; • Preferably has the ability to speak Chinese is an added bonus; and • US citizen or permanent resident of the US preferred. |
