| Job Duties: | •Develop specific goals and plans to prioritize, organize and accomplish the work; •Inspect project sites to monitor progress and quality of work; •Provide technical advice on design, construction and/or programme for building services work; •Manage and direct the construction work at project sites; •Confer with supervisory personnel, owners, sub-contractors and/or design professionals to discuss and resolve matters, such as work procedures, complaints or construction problems; • Communicate with supervisors, peers or subordinates; • Estimate quantities and cost of materials, equipment or labor; •Direct engineering activities ensuring compliance with environmental, safety and/or other regulations and laws; •Conduct studies to identify engineering problems and assess potential project impact; •Structural design and fabrication •Advising on technical aspects of installation, fixing and erection of structural works |

| Qualification Requirements: | •Bachelor’s degree in building services engineering/ mechanical engineering/ electrical engineering or related discipline; •Minimum 5 years’ post qualification experience in the coordination of Mechanical and Electrical work including testing and commissioning experiences in related building projects; •Experience in combined services drawings coordination and combined builder’s work drawings coordination; •Self-motivated; •Knowledge of US codes and standards related to construction; •Knowledge of materials, methods and the tools involved in the construction industry; •Knowledge of design techniques, tools and principles involved in production of precision technical plans, blueprints, drawings and models; •Knowledge of laws and regulations applicable in Saipan; •Knowledge of Autocad; •Good command in spoken and written English; •Ability to speak Chinese is an added bonus; and •US citizen or permanent resident of the US preferred. |
