| Job Duties: | • Reporting to the COO of the Saipan office, you will be responsible for managing the operations of the Information Technology department consistent with the budget and business plan. • Assist in the hiring and development of staff that meets the needs and requirements of the Information Technology department. • Prepare department budget and present/submit to COO and CFO in a timely manner. • Planning, preparing, and executing high impact meetings with client prospects and potential partners. • Helping with the preparation and translation of our marketing collaterals in to Chinese. • Maximizing revenue growth with existing accounts and our partner base. • Representing Bridge Capital at industry events and conferences. |

| Qualification Requirements: | • You are able to plan, organize, direct, control and evaluate the operations of information systems and electronic data processing (EDP). • You are able to self-manage and are goal and results driven. • Your interpersonal, oral and written communication, presentation and organizational skills are excellent. • You demonstrate passion, persistence, creativity and a determination to get things done. • You have verifiable success in working in the IT industry. • Experienced in managing Windows Server environment. • Experienced in Network Administration. • You are familiar or able to learn our hardware and software systems (Quickbooks, Pontem Software, Quickbase, Propertyware, DNS Management, Cisco IOS, Citrix Go To Products (Assist, My PC, Meeting), Virtualization – HyperV/VMWare, Symantec PGP, Thunderbird, Outlook) • Knowledgeable in Active Directory and Group/User Policies. • You have experience in managing Email, Phone and Internet Systems. • Create or recommends Information Technology strategies, security policies, and procedures. • An undergraduate degree in Computer Science or similar is ideal • Excellent command of written and spoken English • Cisco (CCNA, CCNP), Comptia (A+, Network+, Security +), Microsoft (MTA, MCSA) certifications/licenses preferred. |
